Contact Admin to Buy1. Data Ownership (New): All files are uploaded directly to your personal Google Drive. We (DocKeeper) do not store your physical files on our servers. You have 100% ownership.
2. Privacy: The App only requests permission to manage files created by the App. It cannot see or delete your other personal files in Google Drive.
3. Usage Limit: This app is intended for Personal Use only. Sharing credentials or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Refund: Accounts are activated within 24 hours of payment. Purchased plans are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the service.
5. Data Safety: While files are safe in your Drive, the app's metadata (titles, categories) is stored in our database. Please use the Backup feature regularly.
Your files are now stored directly in your personal Google Drive. This ensures you have full ownership and control over your documents.
Click "+ Add" to upload. You can now set an optional Expiry Date. The app will highlight documents expiring within 30 days.
Use the top Search Bar to find files instantly. Switch between Grid View and List View using the icons at the top right.
To select multiple files at once:
• Desktop: Right-Click on a card.
•
Mobile: Long-Press on a card.
Use the
bottom bar to delete multiple items together.
Deleted files are moved to the Trash Bin in the sidebar. You can Restore them if deleted by mistake, or Delete Forever to remove them permanently.
• QR Share: Click the
icon to generate a code for easy
sharing.
• Scanner Mode: When viewing
images, use filters (B&W, High Contrast) to clarify document
text.
Protect your data by setting a 4-digit PIN via the sidebar. The app will require this PIN every time it opens or refreshes.
Since data is linked to your account, use "Backup Data" to save a JSON file. Use "Restore Data" if you switch devices or clear browser data.
Check the top orange banner for important news or maintenance updates from the Admin.
Android: Open in Chrome > Tap menu (⋮) > Select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen".
iOS (iPhone): Open in Safari > Tap Share button > Select "Add to Home Screen".
